Register a new Apple Account

1. Settings - Contacts - Contacts Accounts - Add Account - iCloud
2. Create a new Apple Account - Name and Birthday (> 18)
3. Don’t have an email address? - Get an iCloud Email Address - Email Address
4. Create Email Address - Password - Verify
5. Phone Number
6. Visit https://account.apple.com - Sign in
7. Personal Information - Country / Region - Change country or region
   1. Country / Region: Choose as your preference
   2. Payment Method: None
   3. Billing Address: Fill in as your preference
   4. Shipping Address: Copy billing address
   5. Update
8. Settings - Apple Account - Media & Purchases - Sign in with the new Account
9. App Store - Get an app (Download) - Verify
10. Finish
