and internet?On another machine with internet and same architecture, run:
mkdir vim_x86 cd vim_x86 apt-get download $(apt-cache depends --recurse --no-recommends --no-suggests --no-conflicts --no-breaks --no-replaces --no-enhances vim | grep "^\w" | sort -u)
Then copy the
vim_x86
directory to the target machine, and run:cd vim_x86 sudo dpkg -i *.deb
Finally, run
vim --version
to check if it was installed correctly.
